When is my order confirmed?

An order confirmation is sent after checkout. Final acceptance remains subject to payment authorization, fraud review, inventory availability, and order approval.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact Customer Care as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a modification or cancellation once warehouse processing or shipment begins.

Is checkout secure?

Checkout is operated through Shopify and participating payment providers. Available payment methods may vary according to location, currency, device, and enabled services.

How long does delivery take?

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within the contiguous United States is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch.

How do I track my order?

When tracking becomes available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout after dispatch. Allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's first scan to appear.

What is the return window?

You may request an authorized return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Review the Return & Refund Policy for eligibility requirements and instructions.

What does the warranty cover?

Eligible LueanFK™ products include a 2-year limited warranty against covered defects in materials and workmanship. Consumables, normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, and unauthorized modification are excluded.
